I would recomand this property. Everything is perfect here, had an absolutely amazing stay at the weekend. The deluxe king room is huge with brand new en-suite bathroom, all the Basics, as for instance. Plus, the location is fantastic, minutes from Palace of Festivals and Congress Hall.

The rooms are quite small!!! The noise from traffic can be annoying, especially in street-facing rooms. Limited garden access after breakfast reminded me of a missed opportunity for relaxation!!!

A hidden gem in Cannes
The hotel staff was warm and cute. My mornings started with a delicious French breakfast and beautiful views from the outdoor terrace.
The location required navigating an underground tunnel. Although I appreciated the proximity to local attractions, it made late-night returns a bit tricky.

The Superior Double Room was super cozy with a really comfortable bed. I loved how beautifully decorated it was. Everything was super clean! Air conditioning worked great, a must in the heat. Still, loved my stay!
